How to Prepare for Your Beach Sound Bath
Your comfort is an important part of your experience, so we encourage you to dress for the weather and create a cozy space where you can fully relax.
Summer Sessions
Beach evenings are often warm, sunny, and humid. Lightweight, breathable clothing is recommended, and many guests are most comfortable in athletic wear or a swimsuit with a light cover-up. Stay cool by bringing plenty of water, wear your coolest sunglasses, and a beach towel, blanket, yoga mat, or chair.
Early Fall Sessions
As the evenings become cooler, temperatures can change quickly along the shoreline. Dress in layers such as a sweatshirt, sweatpants, warm socks, and bring plenty of blankets to stay warm throughout the experience. The breeze coming off Lake Superior often makes it feel cooler than the temperature suggests, especially after the sun begins to set.
