It's a pleasure to meet you, I’m Jamie Lufkins. As a Certified Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Mindset Coach, I hold space for unique experiences that regulate the nervous system, shift out of stress, and back into a place of ease and balance.

Through integration of mindful movement, breathwork, sound healing, and nature, I guide you back to balance in a way that actually fits your life.
