The beach yoga summer series is designed ground your body, calm the mind, and awaken your senses through intentional movement & breath all while soaking up the beautiful outdoors.
What to Bring:
~ Beach towel, blanket, or mat
~ Water (hydration is key especially in the sun)
~ Weather appropriate clothes
~ An open mind & heart to ground with Mother Earth
~ If you are heat sensitive, dislike bugs and sand, this is not for you
~ Wear your coolest sunglasses
Location is at the old Bay Mills Ball Diamond which is now newly renovated Riverview Park & Campground (the beach yoga location is to the left of the campground).
Look for a sign by the road that says "Riverview Park & Campground" right past the Dancing Crane Coffee House.
PLEASE NOTE: All beach yoga is weather permitting. In the event of rain, strong winds, too hot, or unsafe conditions, sessions will be postponed for safety and comfort for all participants. Your spot automatically transfers to the next available beach session. Can’t make the new time? You’ll receive a class credit to use anytime. Weather updates will be shared prior to class time.
