Join us for yoga at the Iroquois Lighthouse where we ground, flow, and rise with the tower! Experience the beauty of yoga beneath the iconic lighthouse tower, a space where history, nature, and mindful movement meet.

This all levels class invites you to reconnect with your body and breathe in a peaceful outdoor setting.

We'll move through an accessible yet energizing sequence designed to build flexibility, balance, and inner calm. Whether you are new to yoga or a regular practitioner, this class offers a grounded and inspiring experience rooted in presence and simplicity.

What to Bring:

~ Beach towel, blanket, or mat

~ Water (hydration is key especially in the sun)

~ Weather appropriate clothes

~ An open mind & heart to ground with Mother Earth

~ If you are heat sensitive, dislike bugs and grass, this is not for you

Come as you are. Let the lighthouse tower inspire your practice as you leave feeling centered and renewed.

The class will be held on the left side of the lawn alongside the tower where there is a smidge of privacy.

Also, this is a free class to promote community engagement. Bring your friends!

Please Note: All outdoor yoga is weather permitting. In the event of rain, strong winds, too hot, or unsafe conditions sessions will be postponed or cancelled for safety and comfort for all participants. Weather updates will be shared via Facebook & Instagram prior to class time.

It's a pleasure to meet you, I’m Jamie Lufkins. As a Certified Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Mindset Coach, I hold space for unique experiences that regulate the nervous system, shift out of stress, and back into a place of ease and balance.

Through integration of mindful movement, breathwork, sound healing, and nature, I guide you back to balance in a way that actually fits your life.
