To be clear, this is a mini tuning fork session. The first half of class is yoga and the second half is tuning fork meditation.

Meet us Mukwa Health & Fitness Center in the back room:

  • Clean mats & props available, or bring your own
  • Expect to lay down to meditate during the fork session
  • Spots are limited!
  • Pay here to book your spot

  • Bring a pillow & blanket
