Mini Sound Bath Session

Experience deep relaxation with a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and various chimes, designed to guide you into a higher meditative state. The resonant frequencies promote inner calm, release tension, and restore balance, creating a transformative journey for mind & body.

Please bring pillows and blankets with you to class! The idea is to be as comfortable as possible since you will be laying down. Please wear cozy clothes.

To be clear, this session is a mini sound bath. The first half of class is yoga while the second half is a sound bath meditation.

Meet us Mukwa Health & Fitness Center in the back room:

  • Bring your own mat or limited mats available
  • Expect to lay down to meditate during the sound bath session
  • Pay here to book your spot
