Through a combination of mindful movement, longer-held stretches, and breathwork, you'll work to open connective tissue, relieve stiffness, and bring greater awareness to how your hips and hamstrings support the rest of your body. Ideal for anyone who sits for long periods, experiences tightness in the lower back or legs, or simply wants to move and feel better.
