The Deep Pause Sound Bath

Winter asks a lot of the body. The cold, shorter days, and slower pace may leave us feeling tired, tense, and disconnected. Step out of the cold to connect with us for a winter sound bath that is designed to ease winter fatigue, support deep, restful sleep, and encourage calm connection with others. The experience focuses on slowing the nervous system through sustained sound and extended rest.

There is nothing to do, no experience needed, and no intention to set. You’ll rest comfortably while sound helps quiet the mind, release tension, and restore energy. This sound experience also offers a subtle but meaningful sense of connection. Resting together in shared stillness creates a quiet belonging, reminding us that we don’t have to move through the winter season alone.

What to Bring
• A yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on
• Blanket(s), extra warm blankets encouraged
• A pillow(s) or bolster for head or knees
• Cozy layers or socks

What to Expect
• You’ll be lying down or resting comfortably for the entire duration
• No movement or experience required
• Gentle sound instruments designed to calm the nervous system
• A quiet, dimly lit space to support deep rest

This is a space to pause, rest, and be supported, together! Leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and better prepared for deep rest in the winter days ahead. This session will also introduce a new instrument to the sound bath, adding a fresh layer of resonance and depth to the experience. Also, small treat included to enhance the experience.
