Hi, I’m Jamie, a lover of the beach, the whisper of the trees, and the gentle rhythm of life when we finally slow down enough to feel it. I’m here to help you find that same sense of calm and connection within yourself.

As a Certified Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, + Mindset (CBT) Coach, I guide others through practices that soothe the nervous system and nurture the soul, blending mindful movement, breath, nature, and sound to restore balance from the inside out.

Nature has always been my sanctuary. The beach, especially, is where I feel most like myself, barefoot in the sand, breathing in the lake air, and letting the steady rhythm of the waves calm my nervous system. Swimming feels like a return to something instinctual and freeing, a place where my body softens and my mind grows quiet.

Time outdoors is not just something I enjoy, it’s essential to how I live, teach, and guide! Whether I’m swimming in the lake, walking along the shoreline, or grounding among trees, nature reminds me how to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect to what truly matters. These moments deeply inform the practices I share by shaping an accessible + intuitive approach to over-all wellness.

My work is rooted in creating gentle, supportive spaces where sensitive souls can slow down, feel safe in their bodies, and remember the peace that’s already within them. I believe wellness doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from listening more deeply and moving with compassion.
